  • Notes

    • From the book Cornelius Tyson Descendants, 1652-1986, mentioned in Isaac Borneman Tyson's "genealogy" -- he started writing this in 1864. He writes regarding Anna Tyson Casselberry: " Next in order is Anna Tyson, she was married to Casselbury after being a widow for a number of years. She lived in Evansburg in a little house willed to her. She died in that house, buried at the Evansburg Cemetery (see tombstone for age). One of her sons William Casselbury lived on or at the Evansburg Tanyard all his life time to an old age. He is likewise buried in the above graveyard. She had one son Benjamin, one given to drinking. One of her daughters was married to Rees. She died lately being upward of 90 years of age. I do not know whether she had any more children or not."
